I got it to work ...
%'s total 612.5%, in addition to the original 510k, or 712.5%.
510k * 7.125 = 3,633,750.
OP Graphic is missing, now, Foreign expertise studies, March Headcount in Offense and Defense - each 10%.
And Reinforcement Troop Headcount I & II in each of Offense, Defense, and Castles.
Boosts of 460% now seem prevalent.
Also missing from the OP:
Ruins also brings higher % items.
