Yes. Since the Citadel 2 patch you cannot type the # of troops to send, you need to use your cursor to move the indicator (although typing moves it, it isn't logged as input).

If you want a specific amount the bypass is you type it, then move the indicator 1 notch left then 1 notch right (or vice versa). This will log the input via the indicator with the specific amount you typed in.

Annoying, takes a lot of precision and precious time (when you attack someone these seconds count) but that's my bypass.

Hope they fix this.
