I'm finally in the game Throne.  And to you moderators thanks for NOT helping.

@Rose exactly that same error messages here via Chrome-Browser. I cleared cache. Nothing works. I tried via MS-Edge. But loading bar is very slow. took  me ages to log in

Hey, do you still have an issue with it or have you solved it ?

I recently had a new internet system installed and my internet is fantstic...except for this game! When logging on, the game starts to load, then, bang! I get a prompt that tells me that there is a problem connecting to the internet-wait a few minutes,then restart the game. I do that and I get the same results. Nothing. After a few tries, I have to give up. I contact support, nothing happens from them. Then I get a message asking me if the support group has resolved the problem. They did nothing and want to know if things are resolved. It's frustrating to say the least. 

BTW Today's date is 9-29-25. (not 02/10/19) Does anything work here?
