I just got ripped off big time too. I bought 2 Gold packages a few days ago.
One was for about 171,000,000 for $9.99 and the other was for about 183,000,000 Gold for $9.99 ...
I had over 360 million Gold when I went to sleep last night, this morning, I only have 36 million Gold.
I already sent in a ticket. But really, does Plarium have a history of cheating players out of Gold?

this is the 2nd time this has happened. A month ago I bought 18M&250M gold (268M total), and only got 240M. they investigated, and said they did not see any problem. Just now, I bought 3M&240M gold, and only got the 240M. I'm guessing they have no way to see what I ordered, and just assume their checkout is correct.

TBH I wouldn't hold one's breath waiting for any reply from Plarium admins DISUNITY.
They all seem missing for quite a while, there was a time when Forum was completely flooded by spam bots and there was nothing done for weeks. It's either Plarium cut their personnel and eliminated those responsible to maintain "customers relations", or they just don't care about communication anymore as long as players continue to throw money to satisfy ever increasing appetites of Plarium.
