Gemmery / Storeroom / Bonus selector dropdown scrollbar doesn't.

Scrollbar area acts as though it wasn't there / a scrollbar area.

[So acts unintuitively - 'scrolling' down actual moves up.]

Please fix.

• And, again, please remove the momentum when mouse wheeling up/down to quickly move through a dropdown selection list - it is making the game unplayable.

- scrolling needs to STOP when the wheel does, and when any click occurs. Momentum would be ok if scrolling stopped upon a click (to stop), but it doesn't.
