Do follow Roger's advice - There have been Discord comments where support can look back at when shields were applied, for how long, and if nothing should have caused a shield drop in-between. In such cases, support has reversed things. (Apparently.)
- I have had support reverse things when network glitches prevented login to extend shields. So, they are able and willing, they just need a ticket to trigger a look into things.
Interestingly, both gaming communities share similar issues with game mechanics. Players often rely on these protective features to ensure their safety during gameplay. Just like in poppy playtime chapter 3 where strategy is a key factor, effective shield management is crucial in “Throne”.
