You're going to need ss and send to support. See Ask A Question at http://support-portal.plarium.com/ticketcreator/throne/en?devicelocale=en&spGame=throne-web , include your User ID from Menu / 'About The Game'. ('Ask A Question' can be hit from there, too.)

May be related to https://plarium.com/forum/en/throne-kingdom-at-war/600_technical-support/215407_introduced-bug-sending-rss-does-not-update-rss-levels-across-top/ where the top line of game showing total of each RSS is not getting updated.
