I see this occasionally. F5 / refresh usually brings it back. Or, it turns out I'm already logged in and I can just hit play.

When F5 doesn't work, usually re-going to the url does: https://plarium.com/en/strategy-games/throne-kingdom-at-war/game/

It is the 'game/' at the end that starts play. Without it you get to the usual login screen. Depends what you want / need at the time. Going to the link should prompt you if you're not actually logged in yet.
