Cant log in

Is the game down? Ive not been able to log in for several hrs and im pretty certain my shiele will have expired. Im Sir-Robin-a-Clause of order lions Den on Saint Ritten. PLEASE HELP 😮

Finally able to log back in after getting nothing but "sever error" or "updating resources" messages since last night. I lost 22 million troops plus millions of rss. I think its fair im reimbursed for what i lost. Please send refund to Sir-Robin-a-Clause of Lions Den order from saint Ritten. I pay good money to play this game

This is not a Plarium support forum (sadly) but a community support forum.


Do Menu / Help and say the same to make Plarium aware of the issue and be able to begin addressing it for you.

I am having the same problem, server errors, started happening earlier today but was able to log back in and then it said "lost connection" and i've not been able to get back in.  Where do I report this?

I did but no reply yet .. Reset my password and the game started me back at the beginning. I think I just lost my account. Reset here in the forum too..
