Can't connect to servers on either ipad or PC.  This started suddenly about 6:11 PM, CDT.  I've checked my wifi, and it's fine, I can do everything online except connect to your game.

 On ipad I get to 90% consistently, then I get an error window that says Error code: Connection lost

On PC, I occasionally get to 85% before I get the same message, but it frequently disconnects me long before that.

Suggestion: when you have a network problem, IMMEDIATELY post that you are aware of it, it's unclear whether you even know you have a problem yet.  Frankly, it looks like you pay no attention at all.
