Cheapest alpha hits are 979 (926 if Stamina Depletion -10% game bonus in effect.) 662 for L6. Using:

If I remove the Warm Mantle, Hero's Stamina economy goes to -68.5%, missing the -5% Warm Mantle Bonus. Equivalent impact on Hero's offense and Hero's Experience.
