Could you put boost packs out more often,even better make them part of bank packs?We are dying waitng on boosts.....and you are losing money.

Don't forget you can use gold and Order Points to acquire Boosts, too. Depending upon your needs of the time, it isn't always cost ridiculous to use them.
In particular the 'Boosts, Huge Coffer' in the Item store is quite useful.

At my level I need thosands of weeks at a time,not dozens.

Yep. That's why you buy many such Coffer's with gold at a go. :-)
Call it 21k gp / week of boosts. Or 21M gold for 1k weeks.
