One also has to remember ... number of order members must be greater than the number of helps you can get. i.e. If only 10 mates, can only get 10 helps, even if you can receive all 31. 1 help ~= 1% - of DIMINISHING BALANCE. So, have all mates help you before you apply your first boost. So something like help 1 = 1% of x, help 2 = 1% of (x - 1%), help 3 = 1% of ((x - 1%) - 1 %) ...

If you've boosted by a few weeks first you get x. If they boost first you get y + x.
