Doesn't mean the same person can't make several accounts (players) with several different e-mail addresses, naming their cities similarly. You will see many doing this with multiple farms.

Agree! Common practice. Allowed by current "Terms of Use", to my understanding.

Some place "farms" in 2nd order, attacking to transfer Rss and avoid tax.

Reference: Hyper-farming = city focused on producing a single Rss.

However there are some problems with multi accounts, for example account(s) shared by multiple users for unfair advantages

 Disturbing chat and actions in K-9 ...After disputes between persons in the large order of K-9 ,some people left that order and the kingdom. Now some have returned in another person's old account from a large rival kingdom.Talk in chats indicates other person(s) account(s) were aquired..  Based on the action and foul banter in chats it is clear a bitter personal vendetta is playing out, posioning relations among more and more players through out entire kingdom.

When a personal grudge match interfers with honest game play &  hundreds of other players are negitively effected  something needs to be done.

Currently there is no exile from Kingdom option to deal with such diisruptive issues and events.

Palarium needs to step in. Honest game play has been sevrely impacted by the actions of a few malcontents.

The Punisher account  moved to K 9  the actions & chat of person(s) controling this account have nothing to do with game and every thing to do with a personal vendetta hurting all the rest of us just trying to play the  game.

Your only recourse is to block him. Give no feedback or acknowledgement he is being heard. It is the only thing you have the ability to directly effect.
