Plarium was notified weeks ago  that there is a problem with capacity when using the Inquisitor. If I send enough troops with  the Inquisitor to yield the full amount of the tile, once the troops  arrive they are always yielding much less than was originally  shown.

We have spent a good amount of our resources to Build these Inquisitors  and their  Gear and Plarium is not providing the results promised.

I keep asking when it will be corrected but can't get a positive reply.  Working on it is all they say.

They are in essence  not providing  the level of service they promised.
