on the offer page the top line with the gold showed 5,000 and below that it showed +288,000

I assumed it meant I would get the 288,000 5,000 times which sounded right for the price I paid

I made a previous purchase for $4.99 and got over 500,000 gold

This last one cost $9.99 and I only got 288,000 gold????

Assuming Windows (let me know if Linux), press PrtScr.

Better to start it first, but this should let you capture a square of the screen - it starts the sniping tool. Run SnippingTool.exe

For support / here, you need to save the image somewhere first. [Discord will let you just paste directly.] So start the tool, click Mode, select 'Rectangular Snip', then click New. Drag the square around your image - when you release the mouse it will be captured to the clipboard. Back in the Snipping Tool box, click Save.
