In your case , from pc- you could to use a VPN or you can use your phone (mobile data) like a hotspot.

Game of Thrones loads 99% and then won't load. Reinstalling the game and the launchpad doesn't help. I tried running it on a different PC, with the same result. However, I can play Stormfall: Age of War just fine (same game, same internet connection). I haven't received any emails confirming my technical support request has been accepted. I play using a VPN. The European server works fine. The Russian server has been down for over 10 days (it loads to 99% and then doesn't load). The clan says they banned me.
