Not receiving awards for in game feats
Hello. I have reached the top 10 twice and still not receiving the award for this. I have reported this in game and am getting no response. Please fix this.

Please explain where or how I can do this. It's been over 2 weeks since I opened a ticket in game. I still have not gotten any replies. Why is it that I can't get a reply in game?

Never mind, it seems after 3 weeks, someone in game finally decided to help. Thank you for being much more available then they are.
