Ok here is what I have been able to find a friend gave me this  spread sheet Please note the black numbers are confirmed as the levels have been obtained. the other levels as of now are speculative as I can not get Plarium confirmation the reply was "Guys, we don't have any official spreadsheet with such requirements. According to our information, all the requirements will be appearing in the game as you progress."

Thanks for the info and don't want you to think I'm putting your head on a spike but holy cow do the devs even play the game!!!  If they do they must be in the leagues that went beacon heavy vice playing hamlets.

If a few leagues get their fort to 30 and have all their troops available for hamlets and beacon denying then Plarium greed has put the fork in the game for good.  

How about you expand the beacon map!!! Lets give all the leagues a chance to add beacons and have some corner beacon fun to make things even better.

Time to start looking for a new game.  Thanks for sharing what you know.

that is crazy. There are maybee 8 leagues who can do it to get level 23 fortress.

The other leagues who want to do the same or want hold 1 or more beacon would be destroyed from the big ones.

THE GAME IS IN THE PHASE OF THE LAST FIGHT.   

Plarium should tell us open !!!!!!!!!!!!!  if they have lost fun and see no economic benefit in this game any more.

How about Plarium asks for some feedback from marshals from all the top 25 leagues before making such a massive change to the game?

Still not too late to ask if they care about the player base

Lastly such a massive change should have come with a warning so leagues could prepare and adjust strategy.

just think  fort is now safe at lvl 20,23,26,30 from any downgrades ???? at those mile stone where do you think all that defence is going to be ??? in beacons thats where so mid range leagues have no chance in this game ??? hold 10 beacons  fine  hold 15 beacons look at leagues just 10 can do it ???? say you need 25 beacons to go to 30 just 4 leagues could do that ??? , what a crazy move to make  from plarium no thought about game players at all , lets bring back forum wars again and end it all for them , thay killed there own cash cow  well done plarium stupid is as stupid does :p

I am always glad to relay feedback  from any player or group of  players as I will this one.

 But as far as game development being a Competitive industry they keep the releases Secret until they happen. (This is only my guess and not an officail Plarium statement )

Please explain how any fort can be upgraded from level 8 to level 17 in around 30 minutes without any enemy forts being downgraded

Hi, I'm not sure but I think that it's possbile because if your league have already reached the target to downgrade a fortess before, even if your fortess have been downgraded you still have done completed the target. So, this league could have been a great league once and could have their fortress at lvl 20, then they were attacked until their fortess haven't reached the lvl 8. Now, they have already completed all the targets (ex. downgrade a lvl 9, 10, 11 etc) and they could uograde the fortress without downgrades another time enemies' fortress.

So if I'm reading this right a league with a 30 fort never needs to defend it since it is a milestone level.  This is game breaking for the majority of the leagues that are stuck defending forts while a few get the full benefit of a 30 fort without defending it.  In turn those few leagues have all their troops available for hamlets.

Level 30 fort needs to be defended just like the old 20 fort.  You have again made massive game changes without thinking through the impact to the game.  I have stayed in this game for 8 years due to the friends I have made regardless of the poor game mechanic decsions made to it without input from the players.

This needs to be fixed!!!  Wesley please relay this concern ref level 30 being milestone with no need to defend it.

I agree the game is now only for coiners.  15 level 5 beacons is impossible when 4 leagues hold the majority of the beacons

Would like to know lvl 30 is 100 percent safe, and will not be changed before trying to make it there, curser over the other lvls say safe put it over 30 it does not

where in this game can you downgrade a lvl 21 fort ???? only the top leagues can , yet again  its far to one sided ???
