Lords and Ladies,

A new breed of fighter has shown itself in Darkshine. These veteran warriors were corrupted when they drank Lovar’s lifeblood in a desperate bid to cheat death. Their souls were transformed from those of men into those of beasts, in what was surely yet another of Lovar’s tricks.

These beings are known as Feral Swordsmen. When they die, their souls are released as Feral Phantoms. Both the Feral Swordsman and the Feral Phantom are powerful offensive Bestiary Units, and are ready to offer their service.

You can obtain the Feral Swordsman in certain Special Offers and as Rewards for participating in Events. When Feral Swordsmen are lost in battle, an equal number of Feral Phantoms will appear in the Infirmary where they can be claimed for free.

The offensive and defensive statistics of Feral Phantoms are increased by 30% compared to Feral Swordsmen. Note that Feral Swordsmen and Feral Phantoms who fall in battle can be revived in the Infirmary, as usual.
