around 15K sapphires, 10K to buy glory points and 1K to upgrade from 3-4, 2 K to upgrade form 4-5.

It cost around 200k food to upgrade dragons from lvl 19 to lvl 20, SO now you must have 200k food in your barns at the time of an attack or your dragons will not hit as lvl 20 dragons. Same logic.

Getting food to the hammers at attack time would be interesting.

That doesn't really answer the question and it creates game inbalance 

what are you talking about having food in the barns for attacks? that is just a ridiculous idea - they removed the negative food issues so we would spend money and build these armies - that would just prevent game play

Ok, it didnt translate, I will put it in plain words.

It is as ridiculous to need to have food in barns while attacking as it is to have a fortress be downgraded simply because the league no longer holds the beacons that were needed to upgrade it in the first place.

what STEWART means is 

you need 200 k food to upgrade the dragon lost art to lvl 20 (giving you an off bonus)

now imagine if every time you want to attack someone with your new lvl 20 dragons you must have 200 k food in your barns (since that was required to upgrade then it must remain required to give the bonus)

so it is the same logic you needed beacons for lvl 20 fortress (needed 200k food for lvl 20 dragon)

now to keep the fortress at 20 you must keep beacons ( to keep the lvl 20 dragon you must keep 200k food in your barn)

By your logic, wouldn't a league have to lose the influence points and league bonuses for achieving when you no longer hold the number of beacons you are required to get there in the first place?      Do we give back our homes when we retire and no longer have the income to qualify for the original loan even though the house is paid for?      As I see it, once you've earned it, it's yours.

And I am NOT siding with Emps on this.

Notice they've dropped their alliance with KT3 and now raid our fortress.  They claimed it was because KT3 was to cowardly to fight Destiny along side them.  A laugh since we did do that, alone, for a couple of weeks 6 months ago (no help from Emps).  KT3 stands up for KT3 but doesn't fight other peoples aggressive wars that we aren't consulted about, agreed to and additionally find useless and counterproductive.

EMPs bullies us all impartially. LOL         In the case of KT3 for refusing their war.  As allies they suck "do our bidding or else".

Logic dictates that lvl 20 fort will never be downgraded. Even more so if part of their strategy is to avoid beacons. The same applies to lvl19 forts etc down to other levels as well. Due to themax troops than can be sent and the need to downgrade a higher lvl fort before you can upgrade.

we knew about it long before it was a level 19 maybe what you failed to notice was Emps and IR II upgraded their fortresses at the same time

IF you look at those requirement to upgrade to level 20 you need to downgrade a level 19. So when UE upgraded to level 20 they downgraded IR II  fortress from 19 to 18. 

So the fortress were upgraded in the ''same time''. Sorry about the engross. If you don't mind i will write it backwards next time, i find people understand me better that way.

Does anyone know how much 1K glory, or any ammount, cost in sapphires. 

I thought beacon downgrades were needed, maybe only on other games or servers
