It seems that you're only trying to find a reason for complainings. 

I just would like the Plarium employees to experience their games to the fullest, at same level as the rerst of us mortals. Where everything carry a cost. See how much they would want to spend of their pay check to to fast track to success or crawl through melasis not spending anything.

Perhaps the idea is that if they were on a server of competitive players and had to pay full price for everything, then perhaps they would understand the players a bit better, and possibly better customer service would result.  

The general "Plarium Employee" accusation I hear people toss around has to do with the belief that players in many pay to win games have:  that the company plants players who get all the $ stuff for free just to encourage the players who actually have to pay for it all to spend even more to compete with them.  I don't think the pay to win game companies do that; there is no need.  The games are designed to be addictive and there really are players who have that much discretionary income to throw into the game.  There are also the players who get hooked and will keep on spending $ they don't have until they can't afford it anymore.
