Its another gift to the pay to win crowd. Rather than try close the gap somewhat they just make it bigger. Doesn't really help retain players.

That said recently Plarium has tried its best to help all players more so then ever before. They have been open about bugs and resolutions to them, as well as additional features such as the resource slider.

And although its only a once off and maybe not the best, the Halloween and thanksgiving rewards did not NEED to be handed out by Plarium.

for a one time thing, 400 saphires not that much, but the value of the booster, make it a more of a force multiplier. So you will have a group of players that will use it a lot, as they already coining a lot already.  I can fine afford to use such a booster now and then, but if it become more of a "norm" to use them. A lot of players end of get shafted imho.

Think of it this way.

Normal players spend months and tons of resources to upgrade there Lost arts to lvl 20 for the 40% boost.

But with this change, coiners can have 20% extra boost at anytime they want. And 20% + the paragon boost 24/7  gives 10% more with an extra 30% boost to the coiners all time.

And Mehnslayer  said " it is still strategy wins... Although that gap is closing and quickly" - what makes u think coiners doesn't use much strategy as the normal players.  and how is the gap any closer between Normal and coiners?
