At the moment, such users should be reported to the Support team: https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
In the future, devs will add option "Report as Spam". Sorry for these inconveniences :(

I should add that is useless to block them, the spammer uses something like a bot program to send messages to several people using different profiles. So next time it will be someone else, and no longer Elva kiss. Even Facebook and twitter struggles with this bots.

HI all
I have heard via my league VIP that the spammer has been found and has been banned from game. I have yet to receive an email back from Plarium, but I am sure the VIP system is quicker..
However, I notice from above this is wide spread and different names are used.

Lords and Ladies, our devs are working on the solution to this situation and fix that will ban such accounts permanently.
