Anyone else get a desktop notification request after logging in? Never seen it before today and nothing has changed at my end

Yeah, I got that, too. Figured the in-game notifications would be enough and I'm really wondering why this has been added. *squints warily*
Maxthon Nitro isn't compatible with their request for notification, though (Muahahahahahaha! But it still plays the game the best!), so I'll be able to see if it has any negative impact on game functionality, which I doubt, but you never know.

I use Opera and it gives me that pop up when I log in.

maybe can be some kind of addon made by the browser with any last update, dont know
what i can say is i use opera, chrome and firefox and i dont receive that pop up, i will try some logs in to see if it appears or not

ok, its the same as for example facebook wants also to show notifications
i have blocked it, so i think u can block it on plarium too and u will avoid being informing about all notifications.

Plarium is seeking more and more permission, the site store more cookies than any other game I play. I wonder what they want notification privilege for.
I still don't understand why many browsers store Plarium password cookies for such a long time. After a month my cookies are still there on my phone and I can play without login, even though I didn't check on the remember me option. This is a BIG security issue. On other game cookies have limited lifespan and will auto delete after some minutes.

This pop-up window receives all players who didn't block the pop-up windows in the settings of their browsers.
