The Equipment you receive is dropped randomly. So, there is no bug here :)

Rings have the lowest drop rate
I am still waiting for my final mythical offense ring for infantry, after all this time I have only found one, and nothing for higher grades either
This is probably because rings have a fixed strength (10%) but all other equipment is variable so it is much more difficult to find the best shields, helmets etc

Comments ??Higher level bgs have the same drop distribution as lower ones (ie a level 190 is just as likely to give you a class 4 mythical item as a level 61). They cost more to kill than lower level bgs though, so if you're trying to farm class 4 items you should hit level 61-80 bgs.
