im a bit confused about u want to do... you want to apply them on obelisk to upgrade any section or u want to buy runes ??

I do not want to buy any more rune scales since I already have 9. And the issue has not yet been solved. Should I click the apply button beneath the 2500 sapphire icon and risk spending them on something I already have? I even read another similar thread like this where the player said he had 3 rune scales and yet had 2500 sapphires deducted after Editing and applying the Obelisk plus he ended up with 4 rune scales.
