Thats great , they extended the discount to the stoneheart fortifications too !
It doesn't work. If you try to use the SH discount it just brings you to your non SH castle.

If you go to your stoneheart castle then click on construction and go to the stoneheart fortress section you will see the discount on server 3 and all the others also if you play there It worked for me
