stoneheart units require 2 kind of resources
first,yes its adamantine
second is soulstone and as it seems u have run out u can either buy soulstones,acquire some from hamlets or get from tournaments
a side note:i would not post a screenshot of ur castle.it shows everyone how many units and how much of castle defense bonus uv got

I have maxed out my adamantine but I can't build any troops. This is the second time this has happened. I usually play in app and so just to check, I closed the app and opened in browser and got the same issue.You're probably out of soulstones. In the troop building window they should show up as a red crystal with a number next to it by your other resource counters.
