Why do people that don't defend their castle build defense structures that fall down and need to be picked up?

Because Later when they get Bigger and get walls they will matter more. Why waste defense before you can protect it By upgrading and getting stronger? A player would just be feeding PVP to a much bigger Player D is best saved for beacons and Fortresses anyways

I think everyone have different points of view ...
when i was low level i bought a lot of toys with good discounts, even if i had not defense in my castle, so every little attack destroyed them ...
Now i have all the walls 10 lvl and with all the toys i have a good castle bonus ...just saying
