If you have not played the account in three years  you must start another from the Start sorry but that is the same answer everyone has gotten in the past  so exceptions can not be made.

I was like ok but if the account was erased why do I still have my other castle in the other server and why is my Old castle still with everything in the Coordinates I had before.
