are there still vip agents
for the past 2 weeks when i click the pink VIP button it brings me directly to the customer support page there is no more VIP chat window...are they discontinuing the VIP program??

Hello Lord Johnken , yes there was some changes in the VIP program , and they haven't anymore the personal agent but they are able to contact the Support team directly via that button !
VIP monthly gifts and challenges will be fully automatized and will be available for you in the nearest future.
