I tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and restarting everything.

Hello, I've been experiencing the same issue trying to upload a customised avatar. 

Did Plarium Support provide a solution or an explanation or are they just going to let it rot like the issue of Mac users not able to play the game or friends requests not working ingame?

I very much appreciate your taking the trouble to answer. 

What I do hope for is a real solution, not to be granted endless reserves of understanding 😉

Two examples:

Plarium claims it has been "investigating" the issue of Mac users not being able to play since they upgraded to Mac OS 14 or higher. It has now been years and they have done NOTHING. The download page, however, still advertises that the games runs under macOS Monterey 12 and later... I followed up on a ticket on this for over a year, to no avail. 

The same goes with the (more recent, I think?) issue of friends requests all of a sudden not functioning anymore in the game. Plarium "investigated" (really?) and ended up advising players to invite new friends through the Plarium Play app (which requires to know players IDs in order to do so).

These are the two glitches (three with the personalised avatars being blocked) that currently irk me, I'm sure there are plenty of others. 

2 months since the issue is being reported and nothing yet 🙄

I’m quick to complain, but in this particular case, I have to recognise that the problem with uploading avatars seems to have been sorted out.

As for whether there’s any hope of being able to send friend requests from within the game, or whether we Mac OS players will finally be heard, that’s a different story altogether.
