This issue is happening for many people.  Plarium has been notified, I'm sure they're working on a fix and should have it running properly soon.  

So now it's time to stop sleeping here, fix the error on this server and as compensation you can add 100k sapphires... zacki zacki

This is as stated...a server wide issue...Not sure also if you are aware but the same thing is happening to the pvp event rewards
