Tower lagging AGAIN!

Tower is severly lagging again... 3rd time on a row. I would assume a month would be enough to fix the problem. Please do not tell me to write to the Support. If they are still blissfully unaware I am not wasting time on it.

It is so annoying that Plarium shows such disdain for their members who are still here playing ...shows just where we stand in your eyes.....It is as though you are trying to kill this game on purpose....get it fixed and get the players compensated

Is no one on the development team or software support capable of solving the tower's problem?
Is no longer being invested in support? It's beyond sad what's going on there.
Four weeks with a tower that's unplayable. Shame on you!

What did you mean reported? The issuie affected everybody. Do they monitor/check the game by themselves? I do understand reporting an obscure bug by players, but not a huge, all servers event problems.

Being patient: Not joining sainthood, so I am frustrated and disgusted by sloppy work as everybody else.

Years of "Thanking for being patient" rather add insult to injury.
