Having uninstalled the  app without having solid re-entry information makes things very  difficult as  communication with  support is  required.  Before I  go  further  (Do not post the  information I  will ask  you about on this forum! These  are  items  you may need to establish your  ownership to Your  account.) 
Having  cords to  your  castle  including Platform  (Facebook or Plarium Player games ) Server  your  castle is on  ( Dark Plains , Untamed Lands or Farwol's Crown ) Any  past Account  purchase history and  Credit card  proof reciepts.  The original e-mail  address and password log in information (Even if  it doesn't  work  now) and  have a new E-mail  and Password  Ready to  give to  transfer  the account. you may need  to start another game with a  different E-mail to  use  as a go between account  as  you  verify your  ownership of  your original  account.
then  contact support with your  go between Or  Another  account if you have one and  explain  how  your  e-mail  from the  other game  is no longer an option and  your  need  to  transfer the  account  to a new E-mail
