I need a BG tutorial in Turkish. Does that exist? Anyone who can help me out with a link? I have a really decent and cool noob member who goes above and beyond but wants to learn more about BG's. But his English is limited.

Just for regular BGs for now. My player is a noob who is trying very hard communicating his questions in English and spending a bit of time and coin. So, I would love to help him.
You could always try taking one of the existing bg guides and running it through google translate. Of course sometimes it just comes out as gibberish, but most of the time it's fairly understandable.Here is a post for the record books.

Trust me.
