Having multiple accounts isn't against the game rules anymore, they were changed a while ago. 

I think that is a thing you need to contact Facebook about having more than one account is against their rules

In our policy, we don't prohibit running several accounts. Still, it's not allowed by FB policy and should be reported to them.
