Previous week you put up a package had contain a holy bond and was only avaliable only to some players(propably vips)

while the offer to the rest was without the holy bond.

Now you reduce emerald rewards to 1/4, while the ratio to epic one is 20/1 for a grand 4

Reasons why you do that are obvious first you make people think that there is something on game that dont need money so they play it happy and after you present it as an update .....how pathetic.
