so... were they removed from the game? or just the black market? did they get moved somewhere else?

If you are thinking about the 500/1000 (redeemable) packs. they are still under Special tab in Black Market - last page.

and what happens if thats not the case.
i seems to be missing from my black market. just though i come here and see how many are experiencing this. i know a few in my league are.

yes, it looks like the tab disappears when the unit is exhausted and retruned when rewards have replenished your stash
apparently maranian amulets are the one thing in the game you cant buy. go figure.
