There is currently a PvP tournament running that rewards Soulstones, as these are still in the game.

the number of tournaments they give soul stones as rewards are fewer now - we used to get them in every tournament but Plarium stopped that a long time ago

makes it quite hard for lower levels to get them to discover the lost arts that require soul stones for the sketches

lower levels tend not to play as much PVP and more BG - I cant remember the last time I seen them rewarded in a BG tourney

You're right. We decreased number of Soulstones in Tournament Rewards some time ago.

But devs plan to add them back so that new members could get them easier. They also want to add more Items more experienced players can get with soulstones to avoid situation when they have too many of them :)
