Dear Lord
that is an old building from old times of Stormfall, now i dont remember its name but it was used for build infantry
it used to have 2 types of buildings for each kind of troops i mean 2 for infantry 2 for cavalry 2 for occults and 2 for beast.
after one update many years ago they only left 1 type of each and its no more avaiable the second so now u cant get it
hope this can solve ur doubt

The building was available on beta, from 2012-2013. It was repelled when the game got released.
I haven't seen anyone with itBiohazarDModerator
