This is not something a Moderator can fix. It is something Support must investigate. Please submit a ticket to https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Supporting screenshots would be helpful but not absolutely necessary.

You must take note that to get the Reward, you'll need to be in TOP 10 at the moment the Quest is reset. So if the quest is reset and you are not in the top ten league ranking then you will not be rewarded.
