Knowladge of the games features,able to comunicate and understand peoples needs are different from your own and being there to support them in every way possible,you must be helpfull kind considerate in all aspects of the game . leadership means to socialize ,have a friendly nature making sure that you play & stay active is a huge must.save sapphires .build a huge defence to help the lower levels from being attacked organise events with rewards ,build steady alliances,having regular chats to brainstorm all types of ideas to succeed as a league , share your games progress ,this helps players to know you and your league in many ways , most of all have fun and share your experience so that others enjoy what you love about the game.
