I have an error message ID:PP 28637208, this is the second time I have had it, the first time I was registered as luvkysod, and it would not recognise my email address, I had to restart at the loss of 20k + saphires.

I restarted using the same email address, and user name luckysod, now it looks like it will happen again, and again I will loss 13k saphires.

If I have to restart again I will not purchase any saphires again, and if I restart I would you to look at both my old cities and return what I have lost.
