Support is not existent any more just a bunch of FAQ and no link to file a ticket . I wasted my time sorting through the FAQ and when I didn't find My issue there was no way to Contact Plarium to report it.. So what is it about a month until you guys shut down the Game and Pocket the money that the elitist have thrown in??
you still can submit tickets however now its called requests
submit support requestI wish they'd put a link to it somewhere easy to find on the support page though. If there was one it's certainly well hidden.Hooverssmallengines said:

Or is there that many problems with this game ?exxxe said:I wish they'd put a link to it somewhere easy to find on the support page though. Do you face any issue while trying to submit a ticket?
This post is just a troll right?
Did you read any of the posts above?
The problem is that there isn't a link to submit a ticket on the first screen when you click the "support" option.wesleypringle1 said:Do you face any issue while trying to submit a ticket?BiohazarD said:Nope it's non existent Almost as if they really couldn't be Bothered and when I did find a Link in another forum topic I get this message you will be contacted within 60 Hours have they degraded the support staff that much that you may wait more than two days for a reply? My Lords,
I've just send a ticket through https://plariumsupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new without any problems.
Everything is working as always.

Did you fail to read the thread and understand it?
Biohazard outline it in the post above "The problem is that there isn't a link to submit a ticket on the first screen when you click the "support" option. "

and the post above says the same, using bigger letters too. :p
will forward it though i dont think they will change it
even when it was old it was tricky to find that bitty tiny "contact us" linkLords, there are no isses with submitting a ticket through this direct link. As for the general page of the site, it was made this way to help players find the answer in our FAQ and if the issue still persists, contact them through the form. The problem is that unliess you know what that direct link is, you can't send in a request as you can't find that direct link easily

You can find it at the bottom of the page.
http://prnt.sc/el50v8 that takes you here http://prnt.sc/el515k then you go here http://prnt.sc/el51ei and if you click on the Plarium Support link at the bottom it takes you back to #2
You actually have to click on one of the FAQs first. Only then do you get to see the option to submit a ticket.Eugenia Misura said:

90% of the players do not read the forums - the point is Plarium has made it difficult for people to report issues
Right now Support site is still under construction. We had to remove the link to submit a ticket from the main page so that our players could know more about our new FAQ base where our Support agents add more articles from time to time.
They have posted answers to the most frequently asked questions there to limit the flow of the tickets and increase the issue resolution speed by giving some info in advance. Inside of each article you can find a link to a ticket form. So our players are still able to contact Support even without some extra help, if they examine the new Support site more attentively. And of course, it's all just temporary. In future we will make that link more accessible :)
well here's a suggestion ... how about fixing the bugs that have been reported and have been ongoing for extended periods of time, bugs that have affected the entire Plarium gaming community - there are things that have not worked properly since they were added to the game such as the "start a battle" feature which has never reflected the resources gathered on raid properly and a lot of times you have to try to remember when the last time you raided was or keep a spreadsheet on your own to track your raids - this makes the game which is supposed to be enjoyed become work in order to track things properly
Plarium developers are working on fixing existing bugs in addition to designing new features.well here's a suggestion ... how about fixing the bugs that have been reported and have been ongoing for extended periods of time, bugs that have affected the entire Plarium gaming community - there are things that have not worked properly since they were added to the game such as the "start a battle" feature which has never reflected the resources gathered on raid properly and a lot of times you have to try to remember when the last time you raided was or keep a spreadsheet on your own to track your raids - this makes the game which is supposed to be enjoyed become work in order to track things properly
there is no money making in fixing existing bugs, unless its game breaking from a "earning" point of view.Jezebel said:Plarium developers are working on fixing existing bugs in addition to designing new features.well here's a suggestion ... how about fixing the bugs that have been reported and have been ongoing for extended periods of time, bugs that have affected the entire Plarium gaming community - there are things that have not worked properly since they were added to the game such as the "start a battle" feature which has never reflected the resources gathered on raid properly and a lot of times you have to try to remember when the last time you raided was or keep a spreadsheet on your own to track your raids - this makes the game which is supposed to be enjoyed become work in order to track things properly
Game breaking bugs are obviously much higher on the priority list, but small bugs will be fixed eventually as well, you just may have to wait longer.BiohazarD said:there is no money making in fixing existing bugs, unless its game breaking from a "earning" point of view.Jezebel said:Plarium developers are working on fixing existing bugs in addition to designing new features.well here's a suggestion ... how about fixing the bugs that have been reported and have been ongoing for extended periods of time, bugs that have affected the entire Plarium gaming community - there are things that have not worked properly since they were added to the game such as the "start a battle" feature which has never reflected the resources gathered on raid properly and a lot of times you have to try to remember when the last time you raided was or keep a spreadsheet on your own to track your raids - this makes the game which is supposed to be enjoyed become work in order to track things properly

There's no puzzle here. You can find a link to Support on Forum :)
As has already been stated, 90% of players don't use the forums. So for 90% of players there is a ridiculously difficult puzzle.
Yes there are FAQ's but have you ever tried to sift through them to find the answer to a specific problem?
