The Discounted Sapphire offering has stopped working since the update. There is a circling item around a helmeted head over the Purchase button making it unavailable.

it was deleted sine the offer did not show how much you would pay for the sapphires and how much you would get.. once the issue was fixed we have put similar or in fact better offer in place.

Yes. but in this case, they were free, as I posted before (price: $0).

Ok, but then the issue is solved, I think the offer (the present, if you prefer) has to be given again. The window that appeared to me before the offer, said: "Oberon vuole ringraziarti per la tua dedizione....". I don't remember exactly the following words, but it's clear that I gained something. So, or you want to say that there was a wrong message to the player and they hadn't gained nothing or, if the issue is only technical, then it is solved, replace the offer given before.

As I mentioned, those Offers were closed for all players, thus, all players were in the same conditions.
