As I said before, the master castle doesn't matter, they just make another, and another and another. you need to cut off all the limbs, and that is all the fkn bots. Sure they can make new ones, but it will take time before they usefull again. And if Plarium serious about deal with bots. They should have ample time meanwhile actually do something about it. This just reached a high level of retardness.

Well their add claim you pay after you get what you want, so you could potentional screw them over after you got what you wanted. Or you could feel happy about the service and use paypal.

Lords and Ladies, the official reply on this matter was given multiple times in many other topics. No need to create new threads on the same topic. As I said before, our game is secure against cheats. No one can obtain Units, in-game currency, Resources or Items in an unfair way. You can receive them only for your in-game activity or in-app purchases.

There are no working cheats that give you free Units/Sapphires for Stormfall. If someone claims he has one, he is spreading false information. If someone shares such programs, it's usually phishing that is aimed to get your game login and password (steal your account), and it doesn't work the way they claim it to work.

Did you read the initial post in this thread at all? If everything is working as intended, then bots wouldnt be winning in tournaments either. One thing is to have so called "gold sellers" run bots for the purpose of earn cash, but when you also end up with regular players create alt castles, and then use bots (auto mated scripting) to control it all, without sit in front of the computer, it get tedious. It doesn't take all that much effort to create your own bot software if you really want too. Internet is full of "how to"...

Sure, you can't directly obtain units, but you can indirect.

Alt castles send you thiefs and units for def.

Alt castles provide units to kill for xp for tournaments.

Alt castles provide armies to soften up becon defences

Alt castles provide so forth and so on.....

See I use the word Alt above and not necessary bots? Because in this time and day it start blend an awfull lot. Players make use of automation for their own and the leagues good. Where gold sellersr make use of it to provide the services above in exchange for real life money.

Our specialists created a special feature which was called 'mass-ban'. This is a special program which can find such accounts on the map and ban them.

Also, we block sites or players who promote bot-programs for the game.

Unfortunately, we can't deal with it for sure. Because there are always be players who will create such Castles (it can be new players or veteran players).

But we will do our best to resolve this situation. 

I saw the initial post. And as I mentioned, you can't get Sapphires for free or pay less Resources for some in-game actions. 

If we're talking specifically about bots, it has the same functions as the game client. We ban for using it, but it can't give any advantages. It is a substitution of the game client, and you can do many game activities using it. But nothing beyond that.

And yes, 'mass-ban' is one of the ways of struggle with such accounts in the game. It such cases we ban multple accounts at once.

Someone who cheats with a bot can perform all the grinding tasks, to perfection. That is a massive frakin unfair advantage. Not to mention that this can be replicated on multiple accounts for an ultimately ENOURMOUS advantage.

Just 40 Johanrayne? Why not 150? If you work it right you should be able to make # 1 league without having to put any money down or do the grind. Just click, click, click and wait.

I'm stating a fact. Despite we're doing our best to prevent/block the opportunity of using bots in our games, there's a limited amount of action you can do in the game if you using such programs so they don't give any significant advantages.

Just the ability to have units that come out of production get moved to catacombs, because you use scripts (bot software) to do it, create a massive unfair adventage. Or other mundane tasks that require a player to sit in front of the actual screen do stuff. Like activate dragon every 3 hours and so on. It might sounds not much, but in the long run, have a script play the game for you when you not around yourself, create a big adventage. Maybe if you included some code that would make the screen re-adjust slighty every few minutes so clicks would be off. you could counter a lot of this.

Btw, I don't see Dj as being rude to anyone, its more about frustration. Also considering the state of things, I would be more worried about other things than what could be considered bad language if any. The most sensible thing to do, would be to hunker down, adopt a thick skin and try fix   greater issues, and you would see the community turn around as well. As Dj mentioned in another post, when you have rather "key" content creator players leave the game it create huge ripples. Once a domino effect started, its very hard to stop it you  know.  

Sophisticated bots (like the kind being used to control thousands of accounts) don't actually click on anything, or even load the game graphics.  They just submit packets to the server with certain commands in them (ie upgrade building x, or send troops to target y).  This is why things like graphics changes have little to no affect on the bots.

So why is it so difficult for you to identify the relocated bots on Dark Plains? Many are still active. Last Login:Today and giving 400 res per hour when besieged.
Using castle relocate has completely fooled your devs - they are no longer in pretty lines for you to ban.
