The enemies list is messing up.  Say I raid player A and take full resources from him.  I should have to wait a week for the 50k of 50k raided to disappear.  Instead it is disappearing in a few days and showing 0 of 50k.  Spy and there are plenty of resources.  But when I raid I get zero return.(there is no warning about max resources)  Spying after shows plenty of resources.  The spy trip after on one raid today was showing 120k+ food and 30k+ each metal.  So I should have gotten something.  After the raid the resource tag in the enemies list was still showing 0 of 50k.  The first half dozen times this happened to me I thought I had screwed up somehow.  One of the ones today I knew for sure I had raided him just a couple of days ago.(certainly no week)  There were plenty of resources when spied afterward so no one raided and wiped them out.  Another spy run 30 minutes later still showed them so there was unlikely that much lag.
