Putting how many troops you currently have in the Keep next to what troops you want build in the sentry house

I do not understand your question. You use the Sentry house to build new troops. Inside your castle I recommend you keep most of your troops in your catacombs unless they are raiding, sieging or playing BGs. The only reason to leave troops in your castle is if you want PVP for defending your castle.

I think this is a suggestion to show current unit count for each type in the Sentry House, as a reminder of which needs to be built

Me too, mean pikes and archers, there and then i add some pathfinders.

this will show you the number of each unit being trained as well as how many days it will take for all to be trained
